Thomas Winther Andersen
Thomas Winther Andersen has over the years run different bands as a leader and composer. This profile sums up a variety of these band combinations. The piano trio with Robert Rook is regularly performing in the Netherlands and has already released four CDs. In the spring 2008 a DVD will also be released with this group. Thomas' collaboration with tenor player Jimmy Halperin from New York has also become substantial with the groups Line Up, Axel Hagen Quartet and as trio with drummer John Engels. Thomas also has a complete repertoire as duo with drummer Chander Sardjoe
