BIMHUIS
In about 300 concerts a year the Bimhuis program aims at providing a survey of the latest developments and most interesting acts in international jazz and improvised music. But also prominent representatives of older trends are regularly heard. Alongside almost all well-known European and American improvisers, also legendary jazz stars such as Charles Mingus, Max Roach, Dexter Gordon, Sun Ra, Art Blakey all played the Bimhuis. Many concerts have been broadcasted by radio and television, and music recorded at the Bimhuis can be found on well over a hundred LP's and CD's.

Programming
Regular concerts are on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 20.30.
Additional concerts are scheduled frequently on other days of the week.
Every Tuesday: Workshops at 8 pm, Sessions at 10.00 pm.
